The lowdown

This sprawling Hell’s Kitchen food hall covers the entire ground floor of the block at 600 11th Avenue. Sustainable seafood spot Seamore’s features an impressive raw bar as well as lobster rolls and fish tacos. Meanwhile, noodle master Ivan Orkin continues to grind out his classic shoyu ramen (plus his now-famous breakfast ramen, topped with ham and dashi cheddar) and Corner Slice, also from Orkin, serves square pizza, baked goods, and coffee. For dessert, there’s beloved ice-cream shop Ample Hills, which slings all their classics, plus a “Hell’s Kitchen Sink” flavor that honors the neighborhood’s Irish roots by mixing dark chocolate with Guinness stout. At Genuine — a riff on “Everytown” roadside fare — try the fried-green-tomato sandwich, served on a potato roll with a generous slick of jalapeño mayo.
